If you joined us on Sabbath, June 20, 2020, at of Church Online platforms, you likely experienced an outage - loss of our live-stream - particularly on our social media platforms. The outage was not a cause attributed to any technical issues at our church's studio, rather the issue occurred at the distribution end of our broadcast, i.e our secondary streaming provider.

For a reason not yet determined, the stream to our social media sites terminated suddenly. We are looking into the issue which caused the stream to terminate unexpectedly. The stream to our social media sites is a secondary stream received and redistributed by another software provider. This is often done so as not to burden the bandwidth of the main streaming portal, and is common among live stream broadcasters who stream to several online video platforms.

Technology is great but it also has its moments of failure, just like us. In the event that this issue or a similar issue occurs again, we invite you to go to live.victorysda.church as a substitute platform. The platform is an embedded copy of the Livestream from our main streaming provider, thus it is more reliable and quicker to diagnose and correct.
